Sorry I haven't posted in a while! I especially should have been with the Art Walk this past Saturday at Gallerie Noir and getting to be their featured artist! -my paintings will be there until March 10, though. Anyways....I'm so excited because my triptych that I'd made (originally for the WAAS Limbo show and then was moved to Gallerie Noir's permanent collection) was sold on Saturday afternoon!! When I got there for the show/art walk, the owner, Melissa, told me about it :) hooraw!!!! Thank God :) so glad and so glad such a sweet couple felt drawn to my painting...it's an honor

Just spent 2 hours in the CY TWOMBLY gallery/museum for my birthday!!!!! I wasn't allowed to take any photos....which I still thought about doing at one point but then looked up and saw tiny little cameras everywhere haha. ..,..oh my gosh though........I don't even know what to fully express how beautiful and dreamy but aggressive and loose and organic and alive and exactly perfect they all were. his work is SO INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL....I felt like I was going to explode a few times and I cried some, laughed......I even thought my husband was coming up beside me when I turned and said oooooh it is sooo wonderful!!!!!! but it was some guy i didn't know.....I think I just looked like a crazy person the whole time but who cares because it was honestly just so phenomenal. So happy we came to Houston for this, we'd wanted to for years but were always too lazy to make the drive....best birthday ever!

The paintings that I had made for WAAS Gallery's "Limbo" show have been moved to Gallerie Noir on Dragon Street!!! ...first I can't believe I got to have some work shown at WAAS and im able to have work on dragon street too! The owner of Gallerie Noir also invited me to be a large part of a group show that is coming up in 3 weeks so I have to paint, paint paint!!!!!!!!! Kind of scary but I'm really honored and excited.
